parent teacher conference.

my parents went for some 5 minute long talks
and told me everything in 2 sentences.

mr varro said that they didnt need to see him
but i had said that they wanted to
so that was okayyy and he said that i was good in math,
except that i was careless.
my checking and reflection skills were only in the middle. *wails*
then mr kaanderlars said thattttt i was a delightful girl *snickers*
but then i never expand my concepts in my essays.

i have suddenly realised,
that i havent been a very christian-y christian for a very long time
and its high time i started behaving like one
cause today we went for Hilsong United
and i saw how happy and involved everyone was,
screaming and shouting and rejoicing and i realised,
i want that again.
that selfless feeling,
to love everyone and to be able to control my patience,
not screaming at anyone, and always thinking of others,
reguardless of the situation.
that feeling that i felt,
when i saw the people along the streets, with no where to go,
the feeling when i knew i did the right thing,
and the feeling of being able to control myself.
somewhere along the time since we came to hong kong,
i stopped doing as much as i used to
and i stopped living up to the things i said i always would.
but now, i'm going to be a christian-y christian,
no matter what it takes.
i'm gonna wake up half an hour earlier everyday, and do my devotions plus read the bible.
i'm gonna take down notes and by the end of the day, i'll take them out to read them again.
i'm gonna go for BSF, pay attention and do the work,
i'm gonna go for transformers,
i'm gonna go for christian club
i'm even going to go on fridays and make the best of it,
and i'm gonna go help out with the church in shengzhen.
& i'm gonna stop hogging msn for such long man hours
and go crash courses;
i'm gonna go start piano, dancing and swimming again, as soon as possible.
and when swimming in school starts, i'll go every tuesday and thursday morning as well.
plus, i'm gonna stay up late into the night,
not caring about what its gonna cost me,
just to finish my work till its perfection.
and even when i have loads of homework,
i'll still wake up early to do my devotions,
i'll still practice the piano for at least half an hour,
stretch for dancing and ppractice singing.
above all, i'm going to find time to do extra work from singapore,
just so that i'll feel that sense of achievement,
and i know God'll be proud.
&&& during my spare moments, i'm going to pray
and i'm going to start talking to God like how i use to again.
yes. thats what i'm going to do.
today at the performance, we sat at the back and i saw andre
so i just waved and he waved back, but like absent-mindly.
then we all ran up to the front and worshipped,
before i went to look for my mom and sat by her.
i was paying attention and listening,
when i felt her wave.
so i turned to look and there was ryan ho.
i just simply raised my hand, slumped down
and waved a short wave
before looking forward again.
thenn, i was just glancing out and i saw james,
cause he was sitted on the hand-rest of the chair
and you can always see james hair from reallyyy far
so i figured it was him.
as we were walking out, i saw james again
and he sorta nodded his head and i just smiled and wave.
plus, i saw loads of cis students. alot.
then, we went to macdonalds for dinner
and *GASPS* andre and ryan were there.
they both saw me, and mae, cause she was with me
and andre just sorta glanced and carried on with whatever he was doing.
i was telling mae how embarrassing it was that they were there
and i had to point them out.
andre was easy cause he was all in white.
but ryan was easy too,
cause he was telling his friends about us too.
*snickers*
he was in the front of the line
and this whole group of boys had their heads turned and were looking at us
when i was trying to tell mae who he was.
so i said " one of the guys who are looking at us, the one in brown"
and she was all "ohhh. not very good looking what"
hahaha (:
oh and chloe, mae and my brother now have a maid agency.

today has offically been the suckiest day since yr 9 started.
we had our literary terms essay due
and i stayed up till 1 to do it, woke up at 4 to continue.
then i went to school and IT WAS WRONG.
so i had to go change it during recess and lunch
but i had cca during lunch
so i was practically running all over the school.
during math, we had the amc test
and ohmygosh, i swear, i know the last answer.
but i thought i didnt
and i started writing my name in cursive and everything,
till the 2nd last minute, when i read it again and
*GAAPS* I REALISED I KNEW HOW TO DO IT!
its so depressing!
plus for our assessment, i did so badlyy,
i dont even know what went wrong.
grrrr.
so i came home and i've been doing my stretches for ballet
in the gym and outside in the living room
cause i always feel better when i do
but grrrrrr its so sickeninggg.

yesterday was fair day!
i got to school at about 9
and then we had to force our way into the lower gym toilet
to put on make-up and get ready.
before long, we went to perform but we were asked to do it again
cause *AW* we're so good! (:

thenn, i had to go for my shift at the flea market for about an hour
before i went to do crossroads.
it was quite fun and we were all laughing and talking.
ta and i did it for about an hour before we went to grab our lunch
where we saw shrankiee, also getting the pizza
*snickers*
hahaha
thennnn, we went SHOPPING about school
before i went back to the store to make sure that they had enough people.
but the people there wanted to run
so i took over and stayed till the end of the fair.
first, chris came and i we stayed by the booth while
others went to collect money in the donation box.
he had this blond wig and he wore it,
twirled the hair and was like

in a really girly voice
and everyone was laughing so hard.
in the end, no one would buy the cds so we ended up selling them for a dollar and then free.
some lady came and grabbed a whole handful
and so did another man
but they did give donations so it was okay.
then we saw henry and told him to go grab a few cds
and he grabbed and grabbed and grabbed.
by then quite a few year 9s were crowding round and everyone was just taking whatever they wanted.
it waas extremely fun.
at 4, it was time to clear up and everyone worked together.
when we were done, i helped mrs chadwick bring the box up
and on the way up,
she told me that our year group was really good at going up to people and asking for money.
haha (:
then i went home with jin and slept till really late
before doing some homework and going back to sleep.
today, we went to watch step up

oh goshhh
today was a werid dayy.
we had drama in the morning and when i got to school,
ta was going down while i was going up and she told me that hugo was already in the drama studio.
so then i ran up to my locker, but it was really hard cause i was in my skirt and it kept riding up!
but then, i saw xiang yi on the 7th floor as he always is,
playing cards and went to tap his shoulder and told him to go down with me.
so then the both of us went down to the drama studio and all four of us practiced abit before we had to go off for homeroom.
but pretty soon, we had to actually perform
and it was so bad, i practically forgot my lines and everything,
cause i was so nervous.
but hugo was sooo good (:
and i'm pretty sure there were other groups who were worse off than us so yeah.
i really liked kevin's performance though
and anthony's too.
they were sooo good.
during recess, i followed val to our chinese classroom first,
to drop off her bag.
jim was already there and we had to memorise this LONG chinese RETARDED poem
so i was really stressed and everything,
plus i took like 3 hours the night before to memorise it.
but then, i really cannot do chinese
and i'm like going to fail and everything
that i started crying.
first time i cried in cis and in a chinese classroom!
so then cry cry cry and val told me to stop
then we went to the canteen.
but before it was time for chinese,
i went back to the chinese department and
*GASP*
told dai lao shi that i wanna jiang ban
(:
and i know its insane, and everything
but i'm in the best chinese class,
& i know deep down i'm not that good!
and here are the reasons why i wanna jiang ban :
1) i barely understand what dai lao shi is saying
2) i take about 3 times as long as everyone else to do our homework
3) i'm practically going to fail chinese
4) i feel SO stupid with all of them, cause she says something and their like *ohhh write write write* and i'm all * HUH?! *
5) i hate feeling stupid
soooo, i shall try my hardest to go jiang ban
then hopefully my self-confidence level will rise!
anyhow, dai lao shi said that she'll call my mom
so then it was done and i went to talk to tilly and talia.
but then i started crying all over againnn
and my eyes were sooo swollen!
last two periods were science
and science is alwayys fun
cause mr etheridge is niceeeeeee!
grr so yeah.
& its the school fair tomorrow,
we have to perform yet again.
grrrr.
but i cant wait for the fair anyhow,
cause i think its gonna be really great
and overall,
the shirts are already looking so great,

today for english we watched silent hill
we werent supposed to but we had a late-halloween party.

chris got so scared, he hid his head into a huge empty bag and practically covered the top part of himself
while mrs chadwick was trying to scare him by making weird noises.
then, later, he even hid under the teacher's table and the whole class was laughing at him,
only his eyes were sticking out.
haha.
kevin was sitting right smack in front of the screen and he wasnt scared at all.
he and a few other boys were all laughing, cause us girls were using our jackets to cover ourselves and shrieking every so often.
but cause we started the disc late, we couldnt finish it and
we stopped at disc one.
so now everyone's like, hanging on the cliff,
dying to find out what happens next before we get so scared, we have nightmares.
